By submitting your information through our founding member application, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
At this pre-launch stage, we collect only information you voluntarily provide, which may include:

- Phone number (optional at application stage)
- City and geographic location
- Responses to application questions regarding dating intentions, relationship goals, and conflict resolution style
- Communication preferences including SMS and newsletter opt-in choices
- Referral codes generated at submission
We do not collect payment information at this stage. No charges are made during the waitlist or founding member application process.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected strictly to:
- Review, evaluate, and manage your placement in the Cohort Alpha founding member selection or city founding list
- Send operational communications including application status updates, beta testing invitations, and launch announcements
- Send SMS launch alerts for your city, if you opted in
- Send the Intentional newsletter including dating insights, relationship content, and app updates, if you opted in
- Analyze application responses in aggregate to improve product development and community design
- Track referral activity associated with your unique referral code
We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.
3. Cookies and Tracking
Our landing page may use basic operational cookies or analytics tools to measure website traffic, form completion rates, and user experience optimization. These cookies do not identify you personally. You can manage or disable cookie preferences through your browser settings at any time.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored using industry-standard encryption protocols through our infrastructure providers, which include Cloudflare Pages and Google Workspace services. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.
We retain your data until the official launch of the application, until you request deletion, or until you unsubscribe from all communications, whichever comes first.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate our platform. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data:
- Cloudflare — hosting, DNS, and security infrastructure
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Google Workspace — application data logging and storage
