1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Firesign Holdings LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, operating The Intentional Dating App at intentionaldating.app. By accessing our platform or submitting information through our Founding Member application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

2. Pre-Launch Status and Cohort Disclaimer

You acknowledge and understand that The Intentional Dating App is currently in its pre-launch development phase. Submitting a Founding Member application or joining any waitlist:

• Does not constitute a purchase or financial transaction of any kind
• Does not guarantee immediate or future delivery of a functional mobile application
• Grants priority notification rights and early-access privileges upon launch, subject to application review and acceptance
• Does not create any contractual obligation for Firesign Holdings LLC to launch the application by any specific date

No payment is collected during the pre-launch phase. Founding Member pricing is a promise redeemed at launch, not a current charge.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to submit an application or use our platform. By submitting your information, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to verify age and remove any applicant who does not meet eligibility requirements.

4. Application and Selection

Founding member applications are subject to review and selection at the sole discretion of Firesign Holdings LLC. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into Cohort Alpha or any founding tier. We reserve the right to:

• Accept or decline any application without obligation to provide a reason
• Remove any individual from any waitlist or cohort for any reason, including suspected fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
• Modify the selection criteria, cohort sizes, or tier structure at any time

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this platform — including but not limited to text, design, layouts, brand name, logos, taglines, and the application concept — is the exclusive intellectual property of Firesign Holdings LLC and is protected under United States trademark and copyright laws.

The mark The Intentional Dating App™ is a trademark of Firesign Holdings LLC. Users may not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, distribute, or replicate any branding elements, design concepts, or proprietary content without express written permission.

No claim is made to the exclusive right to use the terms "Dating" or "App" apart from the full mark The Intentional Dating App™ as shown. These terms are descriptive and remain available for general use.

6. User Conduct

By submitting an application, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Not submit duplicate or fraudulent applications
• Not attempt to manipulate the referral or selection system through artificial means
• Not use automated bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with our platform

7. Communications

By submitting your email address, you consent to receive transactional communications related to your application status and the app launch. Additional communications such as SMS alerts or newsletter content require explicit opt-in at the time of application and may be withdrawn at any time.

To opt out of any communication, use the unsubscribe link in any email or reply STOP to any SMS message.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Firesign Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use this platform
• Any delays in the development or launch of the application
• Any changes to Founding Member benefits, pricing, or cohort structure prior to launch
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your submitted data

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

This platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Firesign Holdings LLC does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
